• Today I traveled 24.8 miles with 5240 feet of ascent and 5249 feet of descent.
• It was a nice and cold day today with temps in the high 40s/low 50s. I’m a big fan of that range as I don’t sweat much and stay a good temp while waking.
• The trail was very good to me today.
