30 Bomb

• Today I traveled 30.7 miles with 6073 feet of ascent and 6424 feet of descent.
• It’s my first 30 miler of the trail! Some psychos do all 52 miles of Connecticut in 24 hrs which is known as the Connecticut Challenge. I didn’t feel up to that level so I thought it’d at least be good to try to push some big miles in the state as consolation.
• Even with the 30 we were able to stop into Kent, VT for dinner at a pizza joint.
