The Shennys!

• Today I traveled 22.6 miles with 4229 feet of ascent and 4393 feet of descent.
• The Shenandoahs have been amazing so far. The trail has been very well maintained and smooth, the climbs have been gentle and the views have been great. It also helps that the weather has been perfect fall temps and sunny.
