Preparing the Sun

• Today I traveled 15.4 miles with 3734 feet of ascent and 2356 feet of descent.
• We had a short day today since we want to be at McAfee Knob for sunrise tomorrow morning. That gave us time to hang around Dalesville, hit the outdoor store and eat lunch at Bojangles.
• We met another thru hiker, Tennessee, at the shelter tonight. Super kind and light hearted man.
